1. What is the estimated shipping time for my bike?

We will need 1-2 business days to process your order. The shipping time is 5-7 business days for freebeat bike. Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 1-2 business days to process your order before it's ready to ship out.(  Please note that while we strive to deliver all packages on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or unexpected traffic can sometimes cause delays.）

2. Which regions do you deliver to?

We currently ship to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, and Adelaide.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

4. Will the courier deliver to my door?

Yes, the courier will deliver the bike to your door.

5. What does my bike look like when it's shipped?
The components are very delicate, you will need to follow the directions to assemble your bike (manual pdf + tutorial video). Don't worry, it's super easy. Our patented "Easy Assembly" guarantees simplicity and ease.

6. Will you provide a tracking number of my order?
Normally, we ship out the order within 1-2 days after payment. There will be a shipping confirmation email with tracking number after we ship the order, and you can track your shipment to see the delivery status.
