Return Policy

Freebeat's goal is to deliver you quality products that elevate your exercising experience. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, here's what you need to know:

- Contact us within 30 days of your delivery to request a return

- There will be a AUD $300 restocking fee, plus shipping fee of the return of the products

- Due to the size of our products, we would deduct the initial shipping fee incurred to deliver your freebeat bike

- The returned items must be placed in their original boxes, with its manual and charger

- The returned items must be kept in new condition, and failure to do so at freebeat's discretion can result in additional restocking fees or refusal of the return request
