Any deviation from this specified use, including commercial or outdoor use, will render the Limited Warranty void. This Limited Warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser or the owner of the original membership attached to the product in the case of a gifted product and covers only defects discovered within the warranty period as outlined below. For all indoor exercise bike purchases between 11/9/2024 and 1/15/2025, an extra 1-year warranty, which includes HD touchscreen, frame, and limited bike components, is offered by freebeat. For the original warranty details, please refer to the product warranty page. Your product’s protection begins on the date it is delivered and continues through the term you selected.

Service and Support

During the warranty period, if your product stops working, we will repair it or, if a repair is not feasible, provide a replacement. The Limited Warranty also includes failure protection from regular use and accidental damage coverage for unintentional breaks, drops, and spills.
