Denver E-Bike and E-Cargo Bike Rebate Vouchers

This is why the City and County of Denver offer ebike and e-cargo bike instant rebates to Denver residents. Any Denver resident who is at least 18 years old can apply for the rebate, and there are three types of rebate vouchers available. The Standard Rebate offers up to $300 for an e-bike or up to $500 for an e-cargo bike, while the Income-Qualified Rebate provides up to $1,200 for an e-bike and up to $1,400 for an e-cargo bike. The Adaptive Rebate is specifically for individuals with disabilities and offers up to $1,400 for an adaptive e-bike.

Snow blowers, lawnmowers, leaf blowers, trimmers/pruners, power washers, chainsaws, and electric bikes are all eligible for rebates. The maximum combined rebate per member per year is $300, aside from riding lawnmowers, which do not qualify.

Holyoke, Sterling, Ovid area E-Bike Rebate
25% of cost up to: $150 for walk-behind mower, bicycles or electric snow blowers, up to $250 for 2-stage electric snow blower, up to $50 for electric leaf blower, pruner, trimmer and power washer, up to $100 for electric chainsaws and up to $1,000 for electric riding mowers. 50% of cost up to $25 for additional batteries purchased with or for qualifying equipment must be included with original purchase rebate application. Maximum yearly outdoor equipment rebate of $300 per account, except riding lawn mowers (stand-alone $1,000 cap per member account).

Ann Arbor Ebike Rebates and Tax Credits:
The Community E-bike Discount Program was created to encourage the purchase of electric bicycles in Ann Arbor. The program offers residents a $150 rebate for new e-bike purchases of two different e-bike models: the Magnum Pathfinder and the Raleigh Detour iE ST.

Michigan Statewide Ebike Rebates and Tax Credits:
The proposed Michigan bill, if passed, could make e-bikes more accessible to people who are less fortunate. The bill includes a cap of $500 for low to moderate-income households, while those in low-income households could receive up to $1,250. The Michigan House Transportation Budget has allocated $5 million dollars to fund bikes in Michigan cities.
Minnesota Electric Bike Rebates
Minnesota Statewide Ebike Rebates and Tax Credits:
The e-bike incentive program, which has an overall cap of $2 million, residents purchasing e-bikes from in-state retailers can now enjoy up to $1,500 worth of ebike tax credit. This is thanks to the amendment of State Senator Omar Fateh, which allows a credit equivalent to 75% of the purchase price plus additional benefits such as helmets, locks, bags, and reflective clothing.

New Mexico E-Bike Rebates
Senate Bill 343 has been proposed, which would provide cash rebates to e-bike retailers who sell these bikes to low-income customers. Under the proposed bill, e-bike retailers who sell bikes to low-income residents will receive cash rebates of up to $1,200 or the cost of the bike (whichever is lower). The bill requires around $5 million from the general fund to give these rebates to the retailers. Through these rebates, the bill ensures that low-income residents can purchase e-bikes at a reduced cost and understand the benefits that come with riding an e-bike.
